Enjoy Kyoto-style creative Chinese cuisine in a traditional townhouse over 90 years old.
In 1996, "Creative Chinese Food Ichinohunairi," a creative Chinese restaurant, opened after renovating a former teahouse facing the historic spot Takase River Ichinohunairi. In this traditional setting, guests can savor Kyoto-style Chinese cuisine featuring an abundance of local vegetables.
Owner-chef Wei Hizhi has honed his skills at renowned Chinese restaurants throughout Japan, including Yokohama Chinatown, and holds a national qualification for Chinese cuisine chefs in China.
Embracing the concept of "food as medicine," he is committed to creating delicious and healthy dishes.
