The owner opened our establishment after completing his apprenticeship at a renowned sushi restaurant in Tokyo.

We concentrate on the savory essence of our sushi ingredients by aging them for optimal flavor.

Our vinegared rice, tailored to suit each sushi topping, is meticulously prepared using a precise blend of salt, red vinegar, and rice vinegar, creating the perfect harmony between the rice and the sushi topping when serving each piece.

Please enjoy the meticulous craftsmanship of our sushi chefs as they prepare each piece at our beautiful U-shaped hinoki wood counter.
