He has chosen Kagurazaka as the location for his new restaurant, where he is meticulous about selecting and purchasing the best ingredients to create the ultimate sushi.

While inheriting the finest traditional Japanese craftsmanship, he also has a rich international background, as he is fluent in English and has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in New York and Hong Kong. He is aiming to take his sushi to the next level with his unique skills and vision.
