The chef, who previously served as head chef at Tokyo Chinese Ichirin and other renowned establishments, now brings his expertise to his own restaurant, presenting dishes that blend traditional Chinese techniques with creative, modern touches.

Among the signature dishes is the restaurant’s celebrated Yodare‑dori (Mouth‑watering Chicken)—a harmonious combination of the rich flavor of Tanba Takasaka chicken, the depth of Seika’s special sauce, and the vibrant textures of seasonal vegetables.
