"Sushi Shino" opened in 2022 as a hidden gem for adults in a quiet back alley of Akasaka, where you can enjoy sushi with all your senses.

The proprietor is Koichi Shinohara, who has experience at famous restaurants in Ginza and Singapore. He personally goes to the Toyosu Market every morning and carefully selects seasonal ingredients.

The rice used for the sushi is made from large grains of old rice, and the vinegar is made from red vinegar aged for a long period of time. The sushi has a sharp taste, but also a mellow finish with the natural sweetness of the ingredients.

This small restaurant for a small number of people allows everyone to enjoy a special and enriching moment.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

  There is no place to put your suitcase, so please refrain from bringing it in.
