After working at sushi restaurants and Japanese restaurants, Mr. Nishizaki became an apprentice at both “Sushi Namba Hibiya” and “Sushi Shunsuke” before opening his own restaurant.

At “Sushi Nishizaki," we offer a course that consists of appetizers (7-8 dishes) followed by nigiri sushi (10-12 pieces) made with two types of red vinegar: a light one called “shiro” and a dark one called “aka.”

The best seafood of the day arrives from the Toyosu market every morning, and with a solid foundation of Edomae sushi workmanship, we hope you will enjoy a course that focuses on "texture" from appetizers to nigiri sushi.
