Yakitori Takahashi （焼鳥 髙はし）

It is a famous restaurant in Nihonbashi run by an owner who trained at a famous yakitori restaurant.

Each part is served with either sauce or salt. The salt is more salty to take advantage of the firm meat, and the large size of the seeds makes them very satisfying to eat.

The rice dish that finishes the course is gently seasoned but full of flavor and satisfaction.
