The chef, who trained at the renowned yakitori restaurant “Torishiki” in Meguro, uses the finest quality “Date chicken” from Fukushima Prefecture, which is characterized by its firmness and rich fat, and grills it over premium “Kishu binchotan” charcoal from Wakayama Prefecture.

The course menu, which incorporates seasonal ingredients into Japanese dishes, lets you enjoy the transitions of the seasons.
