You can savor course meals crafted by female chef “nao” at this restaurant, featuring Japanese ingredients, with a focus on seasonal fruits, vegetables, and seafood. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with Japanese wines, or enjoy a house-made non-alcoholic pairing.

Born in 1982 in Fukuoka, Japan. Pursued a career in culinary arts at the age of 29. In 2019, underwent training at the Michelin one-star restaurant ‘GRAMERCY TAVERN’ in Manhattan, New York. She found the richness of Japanese ingredients during this period.

Currently, actively collaborating with producers and placing a strong emphasis on domestically sourced ingredients, she creates unique dishes that highlight vegetables, fruits, and acidity.

Additionally, under the theme “#TravelingJULIA,” she travels across Japan to meet producers and cook with local ingredients, hosting lively events and dinners.
