Head chef Kento Ushikubo’s concept is "an art gallery of 12 dishes that stimulates the five senses and the imagination."

Employing tools and techniques found in laboratories and art studios, and complemented by expert pairings from sommeliers and bartenders, the experience evokes the feeling of wandering through an art gallery while embarking on a culinary journey across the world.

  Please note that if you arrive late, we may not be able to serve you the full menu. You can enjoy a culinary show at the Tapas Molecular Bar. All dishes are served at the same time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid heavy traffic around the time of your reservation.

  If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
