Rooted in Shanghai traditions, the restaurant presents creative dishes that combine seasonal ingredients with carefully selected spices. Using premium ingredients sourced from trusted producers—such as Happiness Pork from Fukudome Small Farm in Kagoshima and herbs from Kubota Farm in Fukuoka—the chef elevates each dish to highlight the natural character of the ingredients. From signature classics like Mapo Tofu and Shrimp in Chili Sauce to playful dishes accented with Chinese spices, guests can enjoy a wide spectrum of flavors.
As a certified sommelier, the chef curates a selection of approximately 100 wines, primarily from France, Italy, and Austria. A rich lineup of Shaoxing wine, Chinese teas, and non‑alcoholic beverages is also available.
