Nakamoto （なかもと）

“Nakamoto” is an intimate hideaway for discerning diners, occupying just 3.5 tsubo (approximately 12 square meters) and featuring a single ginkgo wood counter with only five seats. Guests can enjoy sushi and a selection of exquisitely prepared dishes.

We use seasonal ingredients handpicked from across Japan to create refined offerings such as appetizers, sashimi, seasonal delicacies, and grilled dishes, alongside sushi crafted with the masterful skill of our chef. Seasonal courses are available for both lunch and dinner, allowing guests to savor the essence of each ingredient through a variety of cooking techniques.

Our sake selection is also updated seasonally to complement the cuisine, and guests are welcome to consult with the chef for personalized recommendations.

Seated at the counter, guests can watch the chef’s artistry unfold before their eyes while savoring dishes made from the finest ingredients—all within an atmosphere of serenity and refinement.

  Please be sure to arrive strictly on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation will be considered cancelled.

  Guests aged 12 and above are welcome.

• Others:

  ・For private bookings, we can accommodate up to 6 guests if you agree to the use of an additional seat. (Our standard private booking is for up to 5 guests.)

  ・ If the person who made the reservation is different from the guest visiting, please write the guest's name and phone number in the special requests section.

  ・On the day of your reservation, please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate requests to speed up service if you are in a rush. We kindly ask that you arrive with ample time to enjoy your meal.

  ・Changes to your selected plan or course can only be made outside of the period when cancellation fees apply.

  ・We regret that, due to the intimate size of our establishment, we are not wheelchair accessible.

  ・We cannot accept any changes after your scheduled arrival time has passed.

  ・For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not permit guests to take leftover food or beverages home.

  ・Please note that all guests within the same party must order the same "Omakase" (chef's choice) course. We cannot prepare different courses for individuals within the same group.
