Yakitori Matsuri （やきとり松里）

Each skewer is carefully crafted using Hinai-jidori, one of Japan’s three most celebrated native chicken breeds, proudly raised in Akita Prefecture.

Our chef trained at Ichimatsu, the restaurant credited with pioneering the modern yakitori course, and it is from this lineage that our own course-style yakitori was born.

Beyond the skewers, Hinai-jidori is also used in our soups and seasonal small dishes, allowing guests to savor its depth of flavor throughout the entire course.

For first-time guests, we recommend the course paired with four selections of sake or wine.

• Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.If you have extensive allergies or food dislikes that may affect more than one dish in a course, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please check with us in advance before making a reservation.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time by more than 30 minutes, it will be automatically canceled.

  It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Only available at 15:30 starts. Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
