About
Located near Toritsu-Daigaku Station, Yakumo Saryo stands quietly within a serene residential neighborhood of Meguro, surrounded by stone walls and lush greenery. Guided by a philosophy that unites “food” and “craft,” the restaurant has spent more than a decade cultivating the pleasures of contemporary living, deepening its relationships with guests and with artisans from across Japan—their skills, materials, and traditions.
Yakumo Saryo offers omakase courses and shojin cuisine prepared with seasonal ingredients, featuring specialties such as pike conger (hamo) in summer and pufferfish in winter. Wine, sake, and tea pairings are available to complement each dish.
Within a space where white plaster walls harmonize with modern design, the restaurant uses distinctive tableware crafted by artisans in ceramics, lacquerware, and glass. It is well suited for anniversaries, business entertainment, formal gatherings, and welcoming guests from overseas.
Situated in the heart of Tokyo yet enveloped in tranquility, Yakumo Saryo provides a setting where guests can savor the flavors of each season.
