This is a page for the limited time restaurant by Chef Tanno, who is newly joining the team as chef of "nôl".

nôl is relaunching in April 2024 with the addition of Chef Takashi Tanno. Chef Tanno, who previously studied French cuisine emphasizing ingredient use at “L'Effervescence,” a three-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2024, also showcased his skills at “Restaurant Takashi Tanno” in Kamakura, Kanagawa.

The pop-up event’s theme is “harmony and circulation.” Additionally, the name “SAGAMI” holds dual significance. First, it symbolizes the connection with local fishermen in Kamakura, Kanagawa, who primarily source fresh seafood from “Sagami” Bay. Second, it represents the culinary inspiration drawn from the “Sagami” region in Yamabe-cho, Chef Tanano’s hometown.

While maintaining nôl’s existing theme and concept, Chef Tanno will present a “new normal” perspective on food, drawing from his extensive culinary background.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)
