Piao Xiang is dedicated to introducing traditional Sichuan cuisine to Japan.

Since its establishment, Piao Xiang has been offering dishes that use no artificial flavorings, but only carefully selected authentic spices and homemade fermented seasonings.

With the motto of “passing on the authentic taste of Sichuan cuisine learned in the region”, Piao Xiang is always sincere and diligent in studying and improving their Sichuan cuisine.

In addition to the traditional Sichuan cooking methods, Piao Xiang also incorporates the chef Yoshiki Igeta’s expertise and experience in bringing out the charm of the ingredients that are adapted to the Japanese climate and culture, as well as his knowledge of medicinal cuisine.

Piao Xiang aims to create “Sichuan cuisine that can only be found here”, which is a fusion of traditional Sichuan techniques and the essence of Japanese ingredients.

Piao Xiang is also a recipient of the TERIYAKI Silver 2023 award.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

   Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
