About Sumibikappo SHIROSAKA
You can enjoy the changes of the four seasons in Japan through our cuisine.
We create our dishes by focusing on the abundance of seafood, which is unique to the island nation, and imagining what cooking methods and combinations will bring out the best of the season's ingredients.
The theme of all dishes is the compatibility of wine and sake, and the identity of the owner Ii, cultivated through his experiences in various parts of the world, is expressed in Shirasaka's cuisine without being bound by any boundaries.
