Our chef, Mr. Tetsuya Shimoda, creates delicate flavors that enhance the taste of ingredients with his curiosity and creative enthusiasm.

Since his apprenticeship, he has been devoted to creating new flavors by combining traditional and modern techniques. 

Our culinary repertoire extends beyond traditional Japanese cuisine, offering dishes such as sashimi sandwiches with whitefish and bluefish and beef tongue stew seasoned with white miso, which is rich and flavorful.

  We cannot accept reservations for customers who cannot eat seafood. By making a reservation, customers are considered to have understood this policy. If a reservation includes a note stating that the customer cannot eat seafood, we will cancel the reservation.   If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Children will be served either the same course as adults or a smaller course provided by our restaurant. Payment for children's meals will be settled on-site.
