We use plenty of vegetables to represent the local culture of Kyoto, and offer you a variety of artistic dishes that highlight the quality of the ingredients with the chef’s meticulous cooking, such as our signature salad with 30 kinds of vegetables, and "déclinaison" that concentrates one ingredient into a sauté, a sauce, a powder, and condensing it into one dish. The result is an array of beautifully artistic dishes with vibrant presentations.
