About
This Japanese restaurant is led by Chef Katsumi Hattori, who has refined his craft for over 20 years at prestigious establishments such as Hotel New Otani and Nihonryori Kamogawa. Through kaiseki cuisine that reflects the changing seasons, the restaurant showcases carefully selected ingredients from across Japan, allowing guests to savor the “early season,” “peak season,” and “late season” of each ingredient. Traditional Japanese culinary techniques bring out the natural character of every component, resulting in beautifully composed dishes that embody the essence of the season. The chef’s delicate presentation—rooted in his expertise in decorative carving and ice sculpture—is another hallmark of the experience. Guests can enjoy authentic kaiseki courses featuring natural fish sashimi, charcoal‑grilled specialties, and seasonal creations.
The interior is a serene, light‑wood Japanese space. Passing through sliding doors adorned with kumiko latticework reveals a refined setting accented with genuine lacquered kaiseki trays. Counter seating crafted from domestically sourced hinoki cypress offers an immersive view of the chef’s craftsmanship, while booth seating and private rooms for up to four guests provide an ideal setting for intimate meals, business entertainment, and special celebrations. Immerse yourself in kaiseki cuisine shaped by traditional Japanese techniques and the aesthetics of the four seasons.
