During the day, we operate as "Beefun Asuma," and in the evening, we run "Az" where you can enjoy cuisine with more than 300 varieties of wine.

The name "Az" embodies Chef Azuma's desire to offer a diverse range of dishes from Spain, France to China, in the other words, from one end of the Eurasian　continent to the other (A to Z).

In a casual atmosphere, please savor carefully selected regional and home-cooked dishes from various countries in our courses, many of which may still be undiscovered.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are a large number of ingredients that cannot be eaten.

• Arrival time:

  We request you to arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 10 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
