Environmental sustainability lies at the heart of its approach — with a strict commitment to zero plastic use, waste-free recipes, and ecological responsibility. It is also the first restaurant in Japan to receive the Plastic Free Certificate.

Within its first year of opening, the restaurant was awarded one Michelin star and a Service Award, and it continues to uphold its star to this day.

• Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  If you make your reservation at least one week in advance, we are able to accommodate vegetarian and vegan requests. If you have such requirements, please provide details in the special requests section.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or leave before the course is finished, some dishes may not be served. We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time and arrive on time.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear a jacket or a long-sleeved dress shirt, along with appropriate shoes, when dining with us.

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  Please note that a 10% service charge will be added. (Settled on the day)

  A water charge of 1,000 JPY (tax included) per person will be applied.

  A private room fee of 16,500 JPY (tax included) per room applies in addition to the course or meal price.

  We accept requests for celebration message plates (1,650 JPY, tax included) and cakes (3,850 JPY, tax included).

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
