The restaurant’s recommendation is the "Seasonal Omakase," where you can enjoy fresh seasonal ingredients. The temperature and cooking time are meticulously adjusted for each ingredient, and dishes such as shiitake mushrooms stuffed with shrimp and sea urchin tempura showcase the refined techniques honed through years of training.

The sophisticated interior features a calm counter, focusing on creating a visually pleasing and comfortable atmosphere.

  *Reservations cannot be accepted if there is a wide range of ingredients you cannot consume.

  *We can accommodate only one food allergy per guest; requests for more than one cannot be accommodated. Additionally, we are unable to accommodate guests with allergies to the following:

  Eggs, wheat, sesame, shrimp, all types of fish, all types of shellfish, all types of mushrooms, all types of wild vegetables, or vegetarians.

• Arrival time:

  *Guests may enter the restaurant starting 15 minutes before the reservation time and are kindly requested to be seated by 5 minutes prior. All guests will begin dining simultaneously at 6:30 PM. As everyone will start at the same time, being late is generally not allowed.

  *If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation (100% cancellation fee), and you will not be permitted to enter the restaurant.

  *If you are late, we may not be able to serve all the dishes in the course.

  *Please note that the dining experience is scheduled to last approximately three hours. We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time for your visit. If you need to leave early due to time constraints, dishes will be served only up to that point.

  *Our restaurant is located on the basement level (B1). Kindly note that there is no elevator, and access is via stairs only.

  *Large suitcases are not permitted in the restaurant.

  *Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the restaurant. Guests may not leave their seats to smoke during meals. Smoking near the restaurant before opening or after leaving is also prohibited.
