"PHILIPPE MILLE TOKYO" is the only restaurant in the world named after Philippe Mille, the owner-chef of the restaurant "ARBANE" in the Champagne region of France, which has garnered attention both in France and internationally.
Located on the top floor of the Garden Terrace Building in Tokyo Midtown, "PHILIPPE MILLE TOKYO" is an oasis in the heart of the city, surrounded by a quiet cityscape and lush terraces, with a refreshing breeze flowing through. The interior subtly incorporates metalwork inspired by the shimmering Champagne in glasses, elegantly creating a refined and extraordinary atmosphere.
Philippe Mille cuisine, based on the traditional techniques and theories of French cuisine, incorporates modern twists he has uniquely pursued. His dishes, depicted as delicate works of art, are as beautiful as paintings, full of seasonal nuances, and meticulously balanced in terms of ingredient combinations, sauces, Champagne pairings, and presentation.
Respecting the ingredients carefully cultivated by producers, Philippe Mille values bringing out the best qualities of these ingredients with passion and love.
