Sushi Rinda was established in April 2014 in Meguro. The restaurant was opened by Yuta Kono, who gained 10 years of experience at the famous Ebisu restaurant “Matsue” and 3 years at its New York branch. The name of the restaurant, “Rinda,” is a combination of the owner's favorite song and his eldest daughter's name, expressing his passion for the restaurant.

At Sushi Rinda, seasonal ingredients are purchased in their best condition each day, and nigiri sushi is prepared with expert skill. The sushi rice is carefully cooked to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. The ingredients are meticulously selected, regardless of their region of origin, creating a simple yet profound flavor. Each dish is beautiful to the eye and satisfies all five senses, making it a delightful dining experience.

The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with eight seats at the counter and one private room. The wooden tables and brick walls create a warm ambiance. Although it is a high-class sushi restaurant, the friendly owner and staff's cheerful service make it comfortable and easy to visit even for first-timers.
