Wagyu beef is limited to female cattle, which provides a soft texture and high-quality, clean fat.

The extensive wine collection includes approximately 1,000 varieties of both classic and trendy wines.

The restaurant's all-glass windows offer an uncommon view of both the Skytree and Tokyo Tower from a single location. In winter, you can even clearly see Mt. Fuji. Private rooms are available on either the Skytree side or the Tokyo Tower side.
