About
Prime42 steakhouse & sky bar, located on the top floor of Shiodome City Center, offers a surprising dining experience that begins with French cuisine and ends with the steakhouse's signature char-grilled steak.
The French cuisine features playful colors and exquisite presentation. For steaks, the restaurant continuously explores Wagyu beef from all over Japan, U.S. T-Bone, and other meats from around the world, and you may even come across the rare Kobe beef T-bone. Wagyu beef is limited to female cattle, which provides a soft texture and high-quality, clean fat.
The extensive wine collection includes approximately 1,000 varieties of both classic and trendy wines.
The restaurant's all-glass windows offer an uncommon view of both the Skytree and Tokyo Tower from a single location. In winter, you can even clearly see Mt. Fuji. Private rooms are available on either the Skytree side or the Tokyo Tower side.
