Chef’s OMAKASE Course

This is a chef's choice course featuring eight exquisite dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients. The main dish is a steak made from purebred Tajima beef (Kobe beef or Omi beef), aged in our private maturation chamber for 2 to 3 months to concentrate its aroma and flavor. The course includes an appetizer, hors d'oeuvre, a final meal, and dessert.
