Guests can enjoy our “OMAKASE NIGIRI COURSE,” a carefully curated main course of nigiri sushi designed to showcase the seasons of Japan. Our natural tuna is sourced from "Ishiji," a Toyosu wholesaler with an 80-year legacy, while fresh natural fish from Edo Bay (Tokyo Bay) highlights Tokyo’s rich sushi traditions and brings them to the world.
