We serve the best sushi with delicate attention and masterful artistry, such as adjusting the sushi rice to the most delicious temperature.

The sushi rice is seasoned with two kinds of red vinegar from Yokoi Brewing Industry, which is preferred by many Michelin-starred sushi restaurants. It has a rich yet refreshing taste that enhances the umami of the seafood topping the sushi.
