Yakitori TAIMATSU （焼鳥 松明）

This restaurant opened in Kitashinchi in 2019 as a sister restaurant of the one-star “Yakitori Ichimatsu” in Osaka.

To fully enjoy a whole Hinai Jidori chicken, we offer only a yakitori course.

Each piece of chicken is carefully grilled, paying attention to the position of the charcoal and the distance between the skewer and the meat, as well as the internal temperature of the meat, which cannot be seen by the naked eye.

With the concept of “learning from the past,” we challenge ourselves to create a new style of yakitori in the Taimatsu way, while inheriting the Ichimatsu technique.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  The service will begin at the reserved time. If you arrive late or leave early, we may not be able to serve all the course meals.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  6:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.)
