TAIMATSU in Kagurazaka carries on the lineage of Ichimatsu, the celebrated Osaka restaurant widely regarded as the originator of the yakitori tasting course.

Using only premium Hinai Jidori chicken from Akita Prefecture, each dish is carefully crafted with three distinct sources of heat—binchotan charcoal, firewood, and straw—to bring out the full depth of its flavor and character.

Enjoy an intimate yakitori experience for just nine guests, centered around the themes of fire and aroma.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Service for all guests begins promptly at the reserved time. If you arrive late or leave early, we may not be able to serve the full course. We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time to arrive.
