About Torioka Azabudai Hills
Torioka, an offshoot of the famous “Torishiki” restaurant, has opened in Azabudai Hills.
Standing in the grilling area is Mr. Takanori Ohira, former owner of "Tori Kado," who trained at "Torishiki."
The skewers are grilled using a transmitted method known as "near-fire and high flame." The skewers are grilled over an exquisite heat to lock in the flavor and redefine the concept of yakitori.
Mainly offering a course menu, you can enjoy even rare parts of Date chicken, along with a variety of a la carte dishes full of originality.
Please enjoy the deep world of chicken that can only be experienced here in the quiet space.
■Owner Profile
Takanori Oohira
After working as a chef in Mexico, he approached "Torishiki," one of the most famous yakitori restaurants in Japan, to become an apprentice.
Under the tutelage of Mr. Yoshiteru Ikegawa, he was appointed as the owner of a yakitori restaurant operating under the name "Torikado" at the same location on the days when the famous restaurant "Torishiki" was closed.
With the goal of spreading yakitori throughout the world, he puts his heart and soul into each and every skewer he cooks.
He was selected as the owner of "Torioka" in Azabudai Hills, which will open in 2024.
When the owner is off, a cook from the Torishiki group will grill for you.

Arrival time:
As all guests will be served simultaneously, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be treated as canceled and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
The course will begin simultaneously for all guests at the reserved time. Please note that if you arrive late or leave before the course has concluded, we may be unable to serve certain dishes. We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time to arrive punctually.

Reservations during lunchtime are only accepted when children are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
When making a reservation, please book the course for the total number of guests including children in order to secure seats.
If there are children who will not be having the course meal, please indicate their ages and number in the remarks section. The difference in price will be refunded at a later date. For further details, please contact OMAKASE.
Please note that if the reservation is made without including children in the total number of guests, we may have to decline the reservation when the restaurant is fully booked. Thank you for your understanding.

If anyone other than the original reservation holder arrives at the restaurant, we will refuse entry and treat the reservation as a no-show.
Please note that indicating in the reservation comments or elsewhere that “another person will visit instead” is not permitted. Reservations must be made under the name of the actual guest who will be attending.
Please also note that we may request identification upon arrival. If valid identification cannot be presented, the visit may be considered a proxy visit.
If we are unable to verify the identity of the reservation holder, the reservation will be canceled at that point, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
