About
“COTORI TO ICHIGO Bistro” is an intimate hideaway led by an owner‑chef who refined his craft at renowned restaurants in Italy and France.
The course begins with an amuse‑bouche paired with an aperitif, followed by dishes such as house‑made charcuterie, duck prosciutto, stuffed quail, and pastry‑wrapped flounder and shrimp mousse—each prepared with meticulous care. Seasonal vegetables and seafood are thoughtfully incorporated, allowing you to savor the flavors of Japan’s four seasons. Guests may choose their main course from eight selections and finish with a dessert of their choice, creating a deeply satisfying and memorable dining experience.
Sommelier‑curated pairings are also available, offering a harmonious pairing of food and wine with carefully selected bottles, primarily from Italy and France.
With only eight counter seats, the bistro offers a serene and intimate atmosphere. Enjoy a special moment watching the chef’s craftsmanship up close while savoring authentic French cuisine and thoughtfully chosen wines.
