Late October 2026: Renewal of Sens & Saveurs

The French restaurant Sens & Saveurs in Marunouchi, Tokyo, will reopen in late October 2026 under its new name, JARDIN DES SENS TOKYO.

This renewal proudly carries the name of the flagship restaurant Le Jardin des Sens in Montpellier, France. Building upon the philosophy passed down from the Pourcel brothers, Jacques and Laurent, the cuisine, space, and service come together to express the world of the Montpellier main restaurant with even greater clarity.

In addition to dishes that resonate with Japan’s four seasons, local ingredients, and the unique sensibility of Tokyo, the renewed restaurant will offer a gastronomic experience that engages all five senses. The interior design—created by Christian Collot, who also designed the Montpellier flagship—further enriches this immersive experience.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  Vegetarian and Halal menus may not be available depending on reservations and timing. Please let us know in advance.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Guests aged 6 and above are welcome
