At Ăn Đi, we present refined Vietnamese cuisine elevated into a gastronomic experience—rooted in Vietnam’s culinary culture and history, enriched with French techniques, and brought to life with Japan’s seasonal ingredients.

All of our ingredients are fresh and safe, sourced from a network of dedicated partner farmers across Japan. We also make generous use of herbs and vegetables from our own fields, grown entirely without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

To complement each dish, we offer thoughtfully curated pairings centered around wine. Our selection focuses on quality above all, featuring producers from around the world who cultivate organic grapes.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we showcase a wide range of rare Japanese wines, highlighting both reduced CO₂ impact and the remarkable character of Japan’s terroir. We also offer options suited to a diverse international clientele, including kosher and vegetarian wines.

Beyond wine, we take great care in selecting Japan’s national beverages—sake, shochu, and other Japanese spirits. Everything we serve is ethically priced, ensuring fairness to the artisans behind each product.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
