At Azabudai Nakamura, we use carefully selected seasonal ingredients to highlight their natural flavors to the fullest. With trusted relationships with producers, we source premium Kobe beef and seafood, and prepare them using binchotan charcoal ovens and custom-designed iron griddles. Our method, relying solely on the moisture and aroma of the ingredients without excess oil or seasoning, delivers dishes with a lightness reminiscent of steamed cuisine.

Courses are thoughtfully crafted, resembling the elegance of a traditional Japanese kaiseki meal, with each dish—from appetizer to main—telling its own story.
