From sushi and wagyu sukiyaki to seasonal tempura and freshly handmade 100% buckwheat soba—stone‑milled in‑house using a traditional millstone—the course presents a seamless progression through a variety of Japanese culinary traditions. Delicate seafood dishes and refined wagyu preparations come together to offer a deep and memorable journey into Japan’s food culture. Each dish reflects not only the quality of the ingredients but also the craftsmanship and dedication behind every plate. From carefully selected wagyu and seasonal seafood to hand‑crafted soba made daily from freshly milled buckwheat flour, every element is prepared with meticulous care.

A thoughtfully curated selection of beverages is also available to complement the cuisine. The restaurant maintains a rotating collection of approximately 20 varieties of sake, with recommendations tailored to the season and the dishes served. Draft beer, shochu, wine, and soft drinks are also offered to suit a range of preferences.

Please note that rare and highly sought‑after sake—such as “Juyondai” and “Aramasa,” which are difficult to obtain even within Japan—are available at an additional charge.

  To prevent any unforeseen accidents, we are unable to serve guests with buckwheat (soba) allergies or those with severe allergic symptoms. We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time over 10 minutes, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  ・Children are permitted only at table seating. Please note that if the restaurant is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate them.
