The restaurant is supervised by Chef Takayoshi Yamaguchi of Sushi‑dokoro Mekumi, a Michelin two‑star establishment. The seasonal omakase course showcases the rich bounty of the Hokuriku region—including Kanazawa and the Noto Peninsula—allowing guests to fully appreciate its exceptional seafood. Each piece is prepared to highlight the natural character of the ingredients, captivating guests from Japan and abroad.

  All seatings start simultaneously. Please arrive on time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you arrive more than 20 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
