We are pleased to announce that on October 1st, our establishment will be relocating to Mita, Minato-ku, and will take a new step forward under the name "Hijirizaka Wakei."

Our new space is a truly unique creation, brought to life by the hands of master craftsmen from Kyoto who have honed their skills in sukiya architecture, utilizing reclaimed old wood and beautifully aged stone.

Within this setting, grounded in the aesthetics of wabi-sabi (the beauty of imperfection and transience) and yō no bi (the beauty of utility) that resonate with the spirit of the tea ceremony, we will meticulously express the changing seasons in each dish.

While preserving the enduring spirit of Wakei Seijaku (harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility), we will continue to devote ourselves daily to the art of hospitality, cherishing each unique encounter between host and guest.
