The owner ”Yoshiyuki Mizuno” opened "Sushi Shibadaimon Mizuno" in Daimon, Tokyo, after 20 years of experience at a long-established sushi restaurant in Nihonbashi; in June 2018, he relocated to an alleyway in Shirokane in search of a new stage.

The sushi that you can enjoy with gari, the pickled ginger that is very popular among women, goes well with champagne or sake.

Excellent sushi, some appetizers, and the charming owner will make you forget about your daily worries.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal. If there are persons under 18, please fill in the age and number of persons in the special notes at the time of request.

  Private booking is available for parties of 2 or more guests.
