Just like the main branch, we use carefully selected fish sourced from across Japan and prepare our rice with only red vinegar and salt, completely free of sugar, to create a flavor that never tires the palate.

While omakase courses are the trend, we offer à la carte including nigiri as well, allowing you to enjoy your favorite sushi at your own pace.
