About
At "Japanese Restaurant Benkay," we employ traditional techniques to enhance the natural flavors of our carefully selected ingredients, offering dishes with profound and rich tastes. Using carefully selected bonito flakes from Yamagawa, Kagoshima, and natural kelp from southern Hokkaido, our meticulously crafted dashi broth forms the foundation of our simmered dishes and clear soups.
Our menus feature refined dishes made from the finest seasonal ingredients, complemented by a wide selection of sake, wine, and shochu that are perfectly paired with our dishes.
Presented on exquisite tableware, each dish evokes a sense of traditional Japanese aesthetics.
At our sushi counter, crafted from Yoshino cypress, skilled sushi chefs prepare fresh sushi right before your eyes.
Enjoy our heartfelt hospitality in a serene atmosphere while admiring the beautiful ginkgo trees outside, which change with the seasons.
