This restaurant offers authentic Edomae sushi, using only the freshest, domestically-sourced, and naturally-raised ingredients.

The chef has been passionate about sushi since his middle school days, when his family owned a fish merchant. After completing his apprenticeship at a renowned sushi restaurant in Tokyo, he opened this restaurant.

Their fish is sourced from Tsukiji Market and is allowed to rest for a period of time before being served, allowing the flavors to fully develop. We also take great care in preparing our rice, using different types of vinegar for different types of seafood.

They invite you to enjoy our carefully-prepared Edomae sushi with sake from Kyoto.
