Chef Kazunori Sakaguchi graduated from the Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka before traveling to France. Upon returning to Japan, he refined his craft at Pierre Gagnaire, where he absorbed the techniques and philosophy of modern French cuisine. He later journeyed across Japan and abroad as a private chef, immersing himself in diverse food cultures, markets, and home cooking. These experiences allow him to create dishes that transcend genre and borders while remaining grounded in French culinary foundations.

With only six seats, the restaurant offers an intimate atmosphere that fosters a comfortable closeness between chef and guest—one of its most distinctive charms.
