KEI Collection PARIS is a grill‑focused gastronomy restaurant helmed by Chef Kei Kobayashi, the first Asian chef to receive three Michelin stars in France. Chef Kobayashi sources exceptional ingredients from Japan and abroad, and is deeply committed to the art of “grilling” to draw out their fullest potential. Using a wide range of techniques, including grilling, sautéing, pan‑frying, roasting, and charcoal grilling, he applies precise temperature control down to a single degree to achieve a delicately refined finish not only for meat, but also for vegetables, lobster, abalone, and other seafood.

The menu is entirely à la carte, changing daily according to the ingredients available. Like composing a haute couture course, guests may choose whatever they like, in whatever quantity they prefer.

The concept is a sophisticated “playground for adults.” From the bar illuminated with Saint‑Louis crystal lighting to the restaurant space beyond, the interior evokes a dramatic atmosphere reminiscent of a glamorous theater. The restaurant also offers extraordinary views, including sweeping nightscapes of Tokyo from the 49th‑floor rooftop and an infinity pool that enhances the sense of escape. Whether seated at the counter surrounding the open kitchen or at a table, guests can enjoy both the live energy of the cooking and the creativity of the cuisine.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

  When coming from Toranomon Hills Station on the Hibiya Line to our restaurant, there are several elevator transfers in the building, which takes approximately 10 minutes. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.

• Dress Code:

  Smart casual attire is recommended as the dress code. Men are requested not to wear light clothing such as tank tops, shorts and flip-flops.

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

  *Payment is by credit card only. Cash is not accepted.

  *Reservations are accepted only for restaurant seating at dinner. We do not take reservations for bar use; please visit the bar directly.
