The name "Amarantos," derived from the Greek word meaning "immortality," reflects the chef's ambition to create dishes that stand the test of time. The restaurant offers an intimate and serene setting, featuring ten counter seats and two private rooms. Guests can witness the excitement of live cooking as each dish is prepared in front of them by the chef, elevating the dining experience to a new level.

Each dish showcases an abundance of seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully prepared to highlight their natural allure.
