We will be hosting a one-night-only special dinner featuring the historic family-run domaine **Georges Lignier**, which has preserved its heritage in Burgundy, France since the early 20th century.

This will be a rare opportunity to hear firsthand insights into contemporary Burgundy from Benoît Stehly, the estate’s head winemaker.

La Gloire is a one-of-a-kind restaurant offering a culinary experience where the traditions of French cuisine are harmoniously blended with the refined aesthetics of Japan. Executive Chef Narumi Haruhito, a highly skilled chef who honed his craft at numerous renowned establishments, earned Michelin one-star recognition over multiple years at "Floraison" in Kagurazaka. At La Gloire, he presents beautifully plated special courses that combine authentic French techniques with the delicate flavors and seasonal ingredients of Japan.
