"WASA" is a modern Chinese restaurant that elevates familiar Chinese cuisine to a new level of refinement, offering an array of crafted small plates without relying on gimmicks.

The signature dumplings are a standout, with three different fillings wrapped in delicate yet chewy thin skins, bursting with flavor. The garlic chives used in the filling are finely chopped during the preparation stage, and the wrapping paper is changed every four hours to enhance their natural sweetness. Special ingredients such as Ume-yama pork and aged Takasaka chicken further elevate the dishes.

Thanks to the chef's meticulous care and passion, the ingredients' natural flavors are maximized in simple yet delicious dishes, which can be paired with fine wines for a complete experience.

At the counter surrounding the vibrant open kitchen where Chef Yamashita works, guests can experience the depth of Chinese cuisine and savor the exquisite flavors of each dish.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  If you are unable to eat fish roe, karasumi, or squid, we may not be able to offer a menu that meets your satisfaction.

  Additionally, we regret that we are unable to accommodate guests who are sensitive to green onions, chili peppers, or other spicy ingredients, as well as those who cannot eat shrimp or crab.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Guests aged 12 and above are welcome.
