Our signature is Chef Tsuji’s handmade pasta, Cacio e Pepe—a deceptively simple yet profoundly flavorful creation made with nothing more than aged cheese and freshly ground black pepper. We also feature an assortment of meats, grilled over Binchotan charcoal using techniques honed in Tuscany. To complement these dishes, we offer a carefully curated selection of Italian wines, including natural varieties, for perfect pairings.

  Lunch: Guests aged under 6 are welcome in the private room. The main dining area is available only for those who can enjoy the same course as adults.

  Dinner: Guests aged 6 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.
