Sushi Yoshikawa proudly debuts its new location in Ginza as “Sushi Yoshikawa Masaru Ginza,” offering a one-of-a-kind sushi experience that blends traditional craftsmanship with a distinctive personal touch.

A signature dish that has gained popularity on social media, the Toro and Egg Yolk Futomaki features medium-fatty tuna and lean tuna marinated in a secret soy sauce, rolled together with uni (sea urchin) and egg yolk. Enjoy it with a rich red miso and dashi sauce served on the side. Another inventive specialty, the “Unagi Dog,” pairs fluffy, fatty eel with vinegared rice and a light dressing, balancing richness with refreshing acidity. It’s a dish not to be missed. A curated selection of sake and wine pairings is also available to complement the flavors.

A dramatic ink painting stretches behind the chefs, adding visual impact to the serene counter setting. Guests can savor seasonal Edomae sushi through an omakase course while watching each dish crafted and explained across the custom-made counter—a uniquely immersive experience. Rolled sushi is handed directly from the chef to the guest, making even the moment of receiving it part of the Yoshikawa experience.

Only the finest natural seafood, personally selected by the chef-owner, is used. From the sushi vinegar to the nori, every detail is carefully chosen, with each piece of sushi crafted with care and sincerity.
